ISANA Conference Bursaries
These bursaries are offered to full time students undertaking research at the postgraduate level in a university in Australia or New Zealand who are in the later stages of their doctorates or have just completed their thesis. A number of bursaries will be offered and they will be awarded at the Conference Dinner. The bursaries will be awarded for a refereed paper authored or co-authored by the doctoral student, presented at the conference and deemed to be most worthy by the selection panel.
Bursaries will range in value from $A500.00 to $A1500.00 to assist the students with the costs of registration, travel and accommodation to attend the conference.
Students who do not receive a bursary are still encouraged to present their paper at the conference as either a refereed or non-refereed paper and/or to be part of the Doctoral Consortium.
To be eligible for a bursary you must be a full time student undertaking research at the postgraduate level in a university in Australia or New Zealand in the later stages of your doctorate or having just completed your thesis. Examples of refereed papers from previous ISANA Conferences can be found on the ISANA Proceedings website.
